- We currently ship within the United States only.
- At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- We do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated on a product page.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship using reputable carriers, including:

- USPS
- FedEx
- Other regional carriers as needed
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Shipping method selected
- Destination
- AVACRAFT may offer free shipping promotions or shipping thresholds from time to time. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
- Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns made within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the item does not meet free return eligibility requirements.

Tracking & Delivery
- All shipped orders include tracking information.
- Tracking details are sent via email once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
AVACRAFT is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. While AVACRAFT may assist when possible, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement in these situations.
