At AVACRAFT, we stand behind the quality of our cookware. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days on eligible items. Please review the policy below for details on eligibility, timelines, and procedures.
Returns
Return Eligibility
AVACRAFT offers free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a free return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories included
Returns that meet these conditions will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during transit
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
How to Initiate a Return

- Order number

- Photos (required if the item is damaged or defective)
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Return Shipping
- Free return shipping is provided for items returned within 30 days, unused, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the item does not meet free return eligibility requirements.
AVACRAFT will also cover return shipping costs if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- An incorrect item was shipped
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@avacraft.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Our team will assess the issue and offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (depending on availability and customer preference)
Exchanges
At this time, AVACRAFT does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order.
In certain cases, exchanges may be approved at AVACRAFT’s discretion. To inquire, please contact info@avacraft.com with your order number and request details.
Additional Information
AVACRAFT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through avacraft.com.
For purchases made through third-party retailers (such as Amazon or Walmart), please refer to the respective retailer’s return policy.
