Tropical Matcha Smoothie


People in Japan use matcha to keep themselves calm, alert, and focused after meditation. Also, it’s high in antioxidants. It alters your brainwaves and also boosts your metabolism. When you consume 1 cup of matcha it’s equivalent to 10 cups of green tea. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 ¼ cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 ½ cup of cold coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup cucumber
  • ½  tsp ginger

Procedure:

  1. Start it by putting the coconut water to the blender then add the pineapple, ginger, frozen banana, cucumber, and matcha powder. Then blend it until well combined.
