Mini Cheesy Tomato Pizza

Here’s an appetizing thin crust pizza topped with fresh tomatoes and lots of cheese! The heavenly aroma that you can’t resist. Learn how to make a pizza at home for the ultimate Friday night feast.


  •  ½ cup tin tomatoes
  • handful basil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 or 2 cups Mozzarella
  • 3 tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • 1 boboli original thin crust.



  1. Place the tin tomatoes, basil, and diced up garlic clove in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes until the tomatoes have broken down and the sauce has thickened. Once done, set aside and let it cool.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce over the thin crust pizza base and top with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella. Drizzle over olive oil and salt + pepper.
  3. Cook on a pizza stone in an extremely hot oven until the toppings have cooked and the base has risen and browned. Leave to cool for a few minutes before garnishing with the basil leaves.
