- ½ cup tin tomatoes
- handful basil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 or 2 cups Mozzarella
- 3 tomatoes thinly sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
- 1 boboli original thin crust.
- Place the tin tomatoes, basil, and diced up garlic clove in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes until the tomatoes have broken down and the sauce has thickened. Once done, set aside and let it cool.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the thin crust pizza base and top with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella. Drizzle over olive oil and salt + pepper.
- Cook on a pizza stone in an extremely hot oven until the toppings have cooked and the base has risen and browned. Leave to cool for a few minutes before garnishing with the basil leaves.
