- 2 apples
- 9 oz spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup pitted dates chopped
- 2 oz brie cheese chopped
- 2 tbsp apple jelly
- ½ cup of white onions finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp pepper
Procedure:
- Combine apple jelly, dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper in a blender. Cover, blend until smooth
- Combine salad, apples, dates, onion, and Brie in a large bowl. Toss with dressing until coated as desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
