Potato salad originated in Germany and it’s popular around Europe. This is the best dish for a diet and contains nutrients in every bite.
Ingredients:
- 3 pcs potato cubes
- 2 pcs carrot cubes
- 220 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp onion, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, minced
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp granulated white sugar
- 6 cups water, for boiling
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Preheat a large pot and boil the carrots, sweet potato, and potatoes when the water reaches the boiling point and start to lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Also, in a separate bowl kindly mix the mayonnaise, white onion, ground black pepper, and granulated with salt and sugar, mix it until well combined. Lastly, add the veggies and mix it all together and transfer it in a salad bowl.
