Ingredients:
- 3 carrots peeled & chopped
- 1/2( big size) beets peeled & chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp honey
Procedure:
- Preheat a large pot and boil the veggies for 6-7 minutes. Once done, Transfer the veggies into a strainer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Mix the veggies with all other ingredients and blend together.
- After that, transfer the smoothie into a clean Pilsner glass for an eye-catchy preparation. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
