Healthy Carrot-Beetroot Smoothie


This carrot-beetroot smoothie is extremely healthy and will satisfy your taste buds! It is the perfect smoothie for a diet and it has a lot of health benefits in just 1 serving. Treat your body like a temple!

Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots peeled & chopped
  • 1/2( big size) beets peeled & chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom Powder
  •  2 tbsp honey

Procedure:

  1. Preheat a large pot and boil the veggies for 6-7 minutes. Once done, Transfer the veggies into a strainer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Mix the veggies with all other ingredients and blend together. 
  2. After that, transfer the smoothie into a clean Pilsner glass for an eye-catchy preparation. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
