Grilled Corn on the Cob


Grilled corn was discovered 9,000 years ago and it is still a delicate dish for anyone who loves corn. The locals back then discovered a different method on how to consume this kind of dish. It’s very tasty and healthy for any individual.

Ingredients:

  • 6 whole corn on the cob
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure:

  1. Soak corn cobs in a clean sink or large pot of cold water for 15 minutes
  2. Remove from water and gently peel back the corn husks from the cob, leaving the husk intact. Remove the silk strands from the cob.
  3. Season the corn with salt and pepper, to taste, and place 2 to 3 knobs of butter onto the cob. Gently fold the husks back over the cob to cover completely.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat (about 500 degrees). Place corn cobs on a grill rack and cook with the lid closed for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.

To Grill:

  1. Shuck your corn and remove silk strands from the cobs.

  3. Run cooked corn through a stick of butter to coat and season with salt and pepper, to taste
