Grilled corn was discovered 9,000 years ago and it is still a delicate dish for anyone who loves corn. The locals back then discovered a different method on how to consume this kind of dish. It’s very tasty and healthy for any individual.
Ingredients:
- 6 whole corn on the cob
- 6 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure:
- Soak corn cobs in a clean sink or large pot of cold water for 15 minutes
- Remove from water and gently peel back the corn husks from the cob, leaving the husk intact. Remove the silk strands from the cob.
- Season the corn with salt and pepper, to taste, and place 2 to 3 knobs of butter onto the cob. Gently fold the husks back over the cob to cover completely.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat (about 500 degrees). Place corn cobs on a grill rack and cook with the lid closed for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.
To Grill:
- Shuck your corn and remove silk strands from the cobs.
