Fresh Green Smoothie


This smoothie can help your system run smoothly and gives you lots of energy. It is easy to prepare and can be used as part of your balanced diet. This smoothie contains a lot of nutrition and health benefits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado peeled
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 green apple diced (frozen)
  • 1 large banana peeled (frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk

Procedure:

  1. To a blender, add frozen banana, avocado, kiwi, green apple, and almond milk. 
  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add more dairy-free milk to thin. If too thin, add more frozen banana or avocado.
  3. Then transfer it into a glass jar and it’s ready!
