This is the type of breakfast that all vegans would love. It is very healthy and delicious at the same time because avocados come with many health benefits. Complement it with brewed coffee to start your day right!
- 1 slice of multigrain bread
- 1 or 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 avocado
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Toast the bread first.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed and grasp the skin then pull it away from the inner green flesh of the fruit. Crush the meat of the avocado and season it with salt and pepper then set aside.
- Once the bread is toasted, transfer the bread into a clean plate and start spreading avocado and add the chopped tomatoes and it’s ready!
