Beef Strips Aloha

Skip the takeout and enjoy home-cooked Beef Stir-Fried with pineapple. Juicy pineapple chunks lend a touch of sweetness to this quick recipe that’s served over rice or partnered with a simple salad.


  • 500g chuck steak
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ fresh spinach
  • 4-5 slices of pineapple
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper


  1. Firstly, lightly coat a large, non-stick frying pan with oil, then set over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the beef. Stir occasionally until no longer pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove to a large bowl.
  2. Prepare a griller at 325°F then place the pineapple slices and grill for 5 minutes.
  3. Once done. add the meat, fresh spinach, and grilled pineapple slices to a clean plate.
