This yummy cheesy baked egg is the perfect solution when feeding a crowd! Wonderfully delicious and could not be easier to make.
- 4 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes cubed
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/2 ‘ cubes
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Beat eggs, and salt together. Melt the butter in an Avacraft Everyday Pan and then add the onions, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture over the onion, red pepper and tomatoes mixture and then sprinkle with the cheese cubes. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. When the egg is set and the cheese has melted, the omelette is done.
- Garnish with parsley.
