Authentic Kiwi Smoothie


This smoothie can be your daily remedy. Kiwi can make your skin look younger and it can also help your digestive system. Always take care of your system with healthy fruits!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 small sliced frozen banana
  • 1 medium kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 small avocado

Procedure:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until very smooth.
  2. Then transfer into a desired glass or tumbler. Always use an environmentally friendly straw to help reduce plastic waste in order to save mother nature and our earth.
