1) Always store knives in the protective case provided. They’re custom designed cases to protect sharpness.

2) It’s highly recommended to hand wash knives with mild soapy water and quickly dry them with soft cloth.

3) High carbon stainless steel is engineered differently from the stainless steel used in pots & pans. Do not wash knives in the dishwasher or with harsh detergents.
